Company of Heroes Online Open Beta Coming Up Next Week

THQ announced just now that the open beta for Company of Heroes Online is coming up next week! Closed Beta testers will get to keep their accounts during the Open Beta but will have to have their items and commanders wiped for a fresh start.

Our Closed Beta Test for Company of Heroes Online has involved thousands of players, thousands of games, and hopefully a lot of fun for those involved. We are very thankful for all of the players that are installing COHO, playing it, and especially those of you that post your feedback in our Beta Forums.
Coming up next week is a huge event for all of us involved with Company of Heroes Online. This milestone in the development of the game will be opening up our beta to the general public, Open Beta. Please stay tuned for more information on that.
For all of our current Closed Beta testers, this does mean that a database wipe is planned for next week. When we go to Open Beta, the same account you used for our Closed Beta will work but your Commanders and items will have been wiped.
Next week, we start on a clean battlefield. We hope you will all join us!
