Total Recall remake gets a video game tie-in too.
No, I’m not screwing with your mind, an MMO based on the Total Recall remake is indeed in the works. SEE Games and ZQGame announced on Tuesday a partnership to develop and publish a new browser MMO based on Columbia Pictures’ remake of the 1990 action blockbuster Total Recall.

Free-to-play MMORPG playable on Facebook.
The Facebook version of Conquer Online is up and running, TQ Digital has announced. The free MMORPG hopped onto the social network earlier last week, making its debut with an open beta test that runs until October 27.

Open beta gets underway for Drakensang MMO.
The open beta for Drakensang Online, the Dark Eye based browser MMORPG, is underway, publisher Bigpoint has announced. Drakensang Online is being developed by Radon Labs, the same folks behind the original Drakensang games, and is a browser MMORPG that fans of the RPG series shouldn’t miss out on.

Jagex’s Transformers MMO now has a name – Transformers Universe.
RuneScape developer Jagex Games Studios today announced plans to unveil its Transformers MMO at BotCon 2011. The annual event will run from June 3 – 5 this year at the Pasadena Convention Center, California.

“The Dark Eye” based Browser MMORPG to open its door to the public next month.
At the Deutschen Gamestage 2011 convention in Berlin, Bigpoint announced that the open beta for Drakensang Online, a browser MMORPG based on the popular German tabletop RPG ‘The Dark Eye’, will launch in June. The game will be available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian during the open beta, with support for more languages coming later this year.

HeroSmash beta opens April 28.
The open beta for Artix Entertainment’s latest Flash-based MMORPG HeroSmash is scheduled to begin on April 28, 2011, according to a recent press release from the indie studio. Developed by the creators of AdventureQuest, EpicDuel and a number of other Flash-based MMOs, HeroSmash is a superhero themed MMORPG where Super Heroes and Super Villains compete for control of strategic locations and items in Super City.
