SG Interactive (formerly Ntreev USA) today announced Project Blackout, a F2P military shooter set in the fictional country of Korogese. In the game, you play as either the paramilitary group Aegis Inc, or the rebel militia called The Corps. Project Blackout is apparently skipping closed beta and heading straight into open beta on December 15, 2010 (the press release just says “Open Beta in December”, but I’m guessing the “12.15.2010” on the teaser site is the open beta date).

InnoGames today inked a licensing agreement with XPEC Entertainment to publish Bounty Hounds Online in Europe next year. Bounty Hounds Online is a new Sci-Fi MMORPG from Taiwanese outfit XPEC Entertainment, the same company that created the original PSP Bounty Hounds.

Gala-Net announced today that the open beta for its gypsy themed MMORPG Iris Online is set to kick off on November 24, 2010. The open beta will feature a level cap of 55, over 20 explorable maps, themed dungeons and hundreds of lore-rich quests that “invite players to morph into monsters, travel through time, and take down an evil carnival.”

SEGA of America announced today the launch of Kingdom Conquest, a free-to-play MMO for the iPhone and iPod touch. Kingdom Conquest is an action/RTS hybrid MMO with two distinct gameplay modes, the Simulation and Action Mode. The Simulation Mode allows you to build and manage kingdoms in MMORTS fashion, while the Action Mode lets you hack and slash through dungeons with 3 other players a la Phantasy Star Portable.

Aeria Games announced today that it’s bringing Sirius Entertainment’s debut title — Lime Odyssey — to North America and Europe next year. Lime Odyssey is an MMORPG based in the fantasy world of Nisis, where players embark on a journey to restore the ravaged realms by searching for the lost “LIME” pieces.

According to reports from GameIndustry.biz, K2 Networks has gotten its hands on APB for around £1.5 million and the game could be “up and running before the end of the year.” K2 Networks runs GamersFirst, an MMO publishing platform specializing in F2P games, so the new APB under K2 Networks could very well be F2P.
