FIX Korea announced today that Tactical Intervention’s first European closed beta test will begin by year’s end. Tactical Intervention is Minh Le’s latest creation and probably the closest thing you’ll ever get to a Counter-Strike 2, so if you’re a fan of Counter-Strike or first-person shooters in general, then this might be your cup of tea.

Gala-Net announced today that the Facebook page for Prius Online is now official, and the first 10, 000 people to like the page will get an “epic mount” to ride during the game’s CBT and OBT.
Announced for North America back in August, Prius Online is “the very first free-to-play cinematic MMORPG,” Gala-Net states.

According to a recent report by TIG, Telkom Indonesia Group had signed with GSP Interactive to launch the Unreal Engine 3 powered shooter MMO Hessian in Southeast Asia next year. The countries listed in the report include Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. Announced earlier last year, Hessian is a military TPS (with gameplay mechanics similar to
Gears of War) developed by IF Corporation and published by GSP Interactive in South Korea.

CardMon Hero has changed hands again, this time, the cards are in Redbana US’ hands. Formerly known as
Camon Hero (other names include Orka Online, Camon Battle or Arksign), the game was originally scheduled to enter open beta earlier in June, but the previous publisher Uforia ran into some problems and developer T3 Entertainment decided to take matters into its own hands, publishing the game through its US subsidiary Redbana US instead. CardMon Hero’s closed beta sign-up is already live and the closed beta test is slated to begin on November 10, 2010.

Perfect World Entertainment announced today that Legend of Martial Arts’ closed beta is set to kick off on November 24, 2010. Legend of Martial Arts is the successor to Kung Foo, the quirky and humorous MMORPG released by Perfect World Entertainment earlier this year. The new game will have much of the witty humor you’d expect from Kung Foo along with updated visuals and a wealth of new content.

going F2P early next year (good call, seeing as DC Universe Online is arriving early next year). “Transitioning Champions Online to the free-to-play model is a great opportunity to reach a whole new audience of PC gamers that view subscription fees as a barrier to entry,” CEO John Needham stated.

The developers behind King’s Bounty are back, this time adding a fantasy MMORPG to their portfolio. 1C Company and Katauri Interactive recently announced Royal Quest, a fantasy MMORPG set in a world full of magic, technology and alchemy. The game is currently in an early stage of development and will be available sometime in spring 2012.
